TeamUp Triad Coaching Program

NOTICE OF IMPORTANT INFORMATION

We are pleased that you are going to participate in TeamUp’s Triad Coaching Program (the “Program”). Many people have found the Program to be an enjoyable and valuable experience. However, the Program is not suitable for everyone. The purpose of this notice is to ensure that when you make the decision to participate, you do so fully informed. If you have any concerns or require any clarification, please do raise these with us prior to enrolling.

You and you alone are responsible for your choice to participate in the Program, and for your own health and well-being at all times prior to, during and after your participation in the Program. The Program is a course designed to support people in being more effective. It offers a unique process through which people create new insights and develop a personalised practice in their own lives.

During the Program, you will enquire into your own personality and how it limits your further growth. The experience of the Program is unique to each individual and there is no way to predict in advance exactly what you may think or feel. For most participants, exploring thoughts and feelings that they have not fully explored before is a useful and positive learning experience. Some participants have found that exploring these issues honestly may evoke uncomfortable and unpleasant feelings. If you are unwilling to encounter any of these powerful experiences in yourself or in others, or if you have any concern about your ability to deal with such experiences, we recommend that you do not participate in the Program.

If you have any history of mental illness or emotional problems or you have concerns about your ability to handle challenging questions, we recommend that you do not participate.
The Program is designed for people who clearly understand they are responsible for their own health and well-being before, during, and after the Program. It is not therapeutic in design, intent or methodology and is not to be used as a substitute for medical treatment, psychotherapy or health programs of any nature. We advise you that the Program facilitators are not mental health professionals. If you do experience any symptoms or suggestions of mental distress while completing the Program, we recommend that you inform a physician or mental health professional.

If you have any doubts about your suitability for this Program, discuss this with your Triad Facilitator.

Regarding the 100% satisfaction guarantee, TeamUp will provide a full refund of the program costs only in the following conditions:

HOW WE GATHER INFORMATION FROM USERS

How we collect and store information depends on the page you are visiting, the activities in which you elect to participate and the services provided. Among other things, the cookie may store your user name and password, sparing you from having to re-enter that information each time you visit, or it may control the number of times you encounter a particular advertisement while visiting our site. As we adopt additional technology, we may also gather information through other means. In certain cases, you can choose not to provide us with information, for example by setting your browser to refuse to accept cookies; but if you do, you may be unable to access certain portions of the site or may be asked to re-enter your user name and password, and we may not be able to customize the site’s features according to your preferences.

We respect your privacy and do not share your information with anyone.

Aggregated Information (information that does not personally identify you) may be used in many ways. For example, we may combine information about your usage patterns with similar information obtained from other users to help enhance our site and services (e.g., to learn which pages are visited most or what features are most attractive). Aggregated Information may occasionally be shared with our business partners. Again, this information does not include any Personally Identifiable Information about you or allow anyone to identify you individually.

We may use Personally Identifiable Information collected on Teamup.co to communicate with you about your registration and customization preferences; our Terms of Service and privacy policy; services and products offered by Teamup.co and other topics we think you might find of interest.

Personally Identifiable Information collected by Teamup.co may also be used for other purposes, including but not limited to site administration, troubleshooting, processing of e-commerce transactions, administration of contests, and other communications with you. Certain third parties who provide technical support for the operation of our site (our Web hosting service for example) may access such information. We will use your information only as permitted by law. In addition, from time to time as we continue to develop our business, we may sell, buy, merge or partner with other companies or businesses. In such transactions, user information may be among the transferred assets. We may also disclose your information in response to a court order, at other times when we believe we are reasonably required to do so by law, in connection with the collection of amounts you may owe to us, and/or to law enforcement authorities whenever we deem it appropriate or necessary. Please note we may not provide you with notice prior to disclosure in such cases.
