GOING BEYOND YOUR REGULAR MINDFULNESS PROGRAMSmall-Group Coaching for Organisations
The TeamUp Coaching Program consists of nine modules taken over 3-4 months involving three employees, usually from different departments, and a professionally trained facilitator. Each week participants receive cutting-edge content based on 35 years of executive coaching experience.
This group of four meets every 10-14 days for 90 minutes via Skype/Zoom or face-to-face to discuss, support and implement the changes they want to make.

Develop your EQ and learn how to deal with strong emotions that compromise your performance.

Expansion vs Contraction
Learn a simple technique to assess your own state, that of others and the environment.
Week 7
Communication
Learn how to access and interpret all levels of communication.
Week 8
Wisdom
Learn techniques to make decisions around complex problems.

Integration
Integrate your learnings and create the conditions for continued practice and support.

Get matched
Having worked with over 1,000 participants, we know how important it is to match the right people together for the triad. We will work with your organisation to ensure that the participants and our facilitator are a good fit for each other.

Meet your facilitator
You’ll have a one-to-one call with your facilitator. During this call you’ll get to know your facilitator, share what’s really important to you and what you want to get out of the program. You’ll also agree the times for your calls based on what works for you.

UNDERTAKE YOUR
TRIAD JOURNEY
Once the facilitator has had one-to-one calls with all participants and identified the right time slots for calls, she or he will schedule your triad. You will meet nine times in intervals between one and two weeks, and support each other to develop a solid and sustainable practice which targets your challenges and needs.

ANCHOR THE PRACTICE
As part of our commitment to create a lasting change in behaviours, we recommend the triad continues through our unique self-facilitated group meetings. On the last call, your facilitator will help you understand how to set up the group so that you continue to support each other and nurture sustainable practice.
